All appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit which does go toward the total cost. The minimum for custom appointments is $200.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Deposits can be paid through a square invoice (card or bank account info). The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the appointment. Cash, card, or tap to pay is accepted.
APPOINTMENT
Where are you located?
The private studio is located right on the edge of Edmonds and Shoreline WA about 20 minutes North of Seattle. Studio address is linked to the appointment confirmation email/text. There is parking directly in front of the building on the gravel lot.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
As far ahead as you can, please be sure to stay hydrated with plenty of water and to moisturize the area daily. On the day of your appointment, be sure to eat a balanced meal ahead of time, do not come on an empty stomach. You may bring a drink and light snack, although we do have drinks and candy at the studio. For full day sessions, please pack a lunch or you may order food delivery before the break. All appointments require a government issued ID such as a drivers license or passport. It is a good idea to wear black clothing or clothes you don't mind getting ink on. (I do my best to avoid this but it's a good idea not to risk it if possible.) Plan to wear clothes that allow easy access to the tattoo placement area.
Here is a checklist for your convenience:
- Moisturize and hydrate asap
- Government issued ID
- Water
- Light snack
- Dark clothing
Can I bring a friend?
Please let me know ahead of time if you would like to bring someone. One guest is allowed in the room with you. For group bookings, there is a small waiting room attached to the work room for additional guests.
AFTERCARE
Leave the Saniderm on for up to 4 days. Remove right away if you experience any irritation, redness, itchiness, etc. If the seal breaks (if water can go in it) take it off immediately. When you are ready to remove the bandage, it is best to peel under running water. (Peel in the direction of a command strip on the wall.) Wash with a mild soup and let it fully dry before applying soothing gel. Repeat washing and moisturizing until it is fully healed. Once there is no longer any open skin, you are safe to resume swimming and bathing. Apply SPF to protect from sun damage.
